Do you have a minimum order quantity for products?

How is your product delivered?

We offer different shipping methods depending on the type of cargo, destination, and customer requirements: air freight, sea freight, road freight, and rail freight. Remember that the choice of shipping option will depend on various factors.

What kind of rules does your company follow?

We follow Incoterms (International Commercial Terms) in GEO Commerce. The Incoterms rules are a set of 11 globally recognized standard trade terms created by the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) to facilitate domestic and international B2B sales of goods. (Read more about incoterms)

How long does it take for my order to be shipped?

Shipping time depends on the product type, the selected shipping method, and the destination country. We will notify you of the estimated delivery date once your order has been confirmed.

What are the shipping rates for my order?

The shipping cost depends on various factors, such as the weight and size of the shipment, the destination, and the shipping method selected. Once your order is confirmed, we will provide a quote that includes all applicable shipping fees and additional charges, such as customs duties or taxes.

Can I track my order once it has been shipped?

Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with the necessary tracking details so you can track your shipment at every step.

What is the difference between CIF and FOB shipping?

CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight) and FOB (Free on Board) are standard shipping terms in international trade. CIF means the seller is responsible for arranging and paying for delivery (including insurance) to the destination port. FOB means the seller is responsible for delivering the goods to the port and loading them onto the ship. The buyer is responsible for arranging and paying for shipping, insurance, and customs clearance at the destination port. 

What payment methods are commonly accepted in international trade?

Standard payment methods in international trade are bank transfers, letters of credit, and document collection. PayPal and credit cards are also available but are not widely used due to high fees.

What is a letter of credit, and how does it work?

A letter of credit is a payment method used in international trade. A bank guarantees payment to the seller if certain conditions are met, such as providing the required documentation. The buyer’s bank issues the letter of credit, which is then sent to the seller’s bank. The seller can then use the letter of credit to receive payment from the buyer’s bank.

How can I ensure that my international transactions are secure?

To ensure secure international transactions, use reputable banks and payment providers, verify the identity and reputation of your business partners, and use certain communication channels to exchange confidential information. 

How do I know if a payment request is legitimate?

To verify the legitimacy of a payment request, verify the identity and reputation of the sender and review the request details such as Account Number and Payment Amount. Be cautious of appeals that require urgent action or are unsolicited.
